Maharast

Mahara keskkond on loodud Mahara poolt. Mahara on tasuta pakutav vabavaraline tarkvara (GNU üldine avalik litsents). Lühidalt tähendab see seda, et Maharat on lubatud kopeerida, kasutada ja muuta, kui

•          lähtekoodi jagatakse teiste kasutajatega,
•          ei muudeta või eemaldata algset litsentsi ja autoriõigusi,
•          rakendatakse sama litsentsi ka tuletatud teostele.
